Copyright & Use
All artwork, photography, and written content on this website are the original creations of Kayla Miller (unless stated otherwise) and are protected under copyright law. No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent by Kayla.

Orders & Payment
All prices are in CAD. Payment is processed securely through trusted third-party services. Orders are final once placed.

Shipping & Packaging
Each painting and print is carefully packaged by hand. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for preparation before shipping. Original works are shipped with tracking and may require a signature on delivery.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of original art and limited prints, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs so I can assist.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important. This website collects limited personal information (such as name, email, and shipping address) for the purpose of processing orders or communicating with you directly.

I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except for necessary tools used to run this site (such as Squarespace, Stripe, or email services).

This space is rooted in respect, presence, and reverence. Harassment of any kind — verbal, emotional, sexual, or energetic — will not be tolerated in classes, group calls, Patreon forums, 1:1 sessions, or any shared spaces.

Harassment may include but is not limited to:

• Unwanted sexual comments or advances

• Disrespectful or aggressive speech

• Discriminatory remarks (including racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, etc.)

• Repeated boundary violations or unsolicited intrusions

• Disruptive behaviour or targeting of other participants
